Episode Summary
On the final day of the games, Fairy Tail leads with fifty points. Underground, the mysterious Lucy says she came from the future through Eclipse to warn them, then faints, and the team decides to take her with them. At the palace, Princess Hisui tells Darton the Eclipse door is already unlocked, and they agree to wait for the outcome of the games. Minerva uses Millianna to force Erza and Kagura to fight each other, while Gajeel, Laxus and others face strong opponents across the city.

💡 unfold は「広がる・展開する」。wait and see（様子を見る）と組みます。

If it's ~ you need, then why did you …?（〜が必要なら、なぜ…したのか）If it's the keys you need to activate the Eclipse, then why did you return them to their wizards?
エクリプスの起動に鍵が必要なら、なぜ持ち主に返したのです？
If it's ~ (that) you need は強調構文。矛盾を突くときの形です。
他にも使える例：

Whether ~ or not を主語にした硬めの形。depends on で条件を示します。
