When beastfolk courtship season arrives, Linia and Pursena send all of their challengers to Rudeus. Among them is Badigadi, the immortal Demon King and fiancé of Kishirika, who challenges Rudeus to a duel. Rudeus wins with a single powerful stone bullet, and Fitz heals him afterward.
