第144話の実際のセリフから、押さえたい文法を3つ。
Instead of ~ing, you should …(〜するより、…したほうがいい)Instead of attempting to hide it, you should aim to conquer it.
隠そうとするより、乗り越えることを目指すべきだ。
Instead of ~ing は「〜する代わりに」。you should ~ と組んで建設的な助言になります。
他にも使える例:
If only I had known ~(〜を知ってさえいれば)If only I had known before I agreed to give up my memory.
記憶を差し出すと決める前に、それを知ってさえいれば。
If only + 過去完了 は「〜でありさえしたら」という過去への後悔です。
他にも使える例:

私にいったい何の用があるっていうの?
possibly は疑問文で「いったい」と驚きを強めます。want with ~ は「〜に用がある」です。
