Episode Summary

Raven Tail's Blacksnake beats Lamia Scale's Toby and cruelly tears up the sock Toby had just found. Next, Elfman is chosen to face Quatro Cerberus's Bacchus, a fighter said to be as strong as Erza. Meanwhile, Natsu wakes up in the infirmary and chases down men who have kidnapped Porlyusica and Carla by mistake. In the arena, Elfman takes a beating until he turns into a scaly Lizardman and lets Bacchus hit him until Bacchus's hands give out. Elfman wins ten points for Fairy Tail, while Arcadios reveals a secret plan to capture a celestial wizard.

I've been keeping it to myself for months now.

have been ~ing は「ずっと〜し続けている」。for months now で長さを強調します。
