PATTERN 1
Is she sure she can ~?（あの人、本当に〜できるの？）
Is she sure she can take on that many?
あんなにたくさん相手にして、本当に大丈夫なの？
Is ~ sure ~ can …? は本人の自信を疑うときの言い方です。
他にも使える例：

PATTERN 2
I wouldn't be ~ing（私なら〜しないな）
