After Naval Battle, Fairy Tail and Sabertooth face off, and Erza warns Minerva not to make an enemy of Fairy Tail. Lucy recovers in the infirmary thanks to Wendy and Shelia. ~ is nothing to be sorry about.(〜なら謝ることなんてない)Second place is nothing to be sorry about.
2位なら謝ることなんてないよ。
nothing to be ~ about は「〜するようなことではない」というなぐさめの形です。
他にも使える例:

不公平でも、決まったことだ。受け入れるしかない。
A or not は「Aであろうとなかろうと」。現実を受け入れるときの言い方です。
