Natsu and the others defeat Ophiuchus and destroy the celestial globe, but Lucy's zodiac keys still don't work. Horologium appears and begs for help: the Celestial Spirit King has become an Eclipse spirit, and the celestial world is about to vanish. Even though time flows faster there, everyone, including Hisui and Arcadios, decides to go. They find the King turned into a monstrous "Spirit Beast" holding the zodiac spirits captive. PATTERN 1
As long as ~, I will have failed in …（〜である限り、私は…に失敗したことになる）
As long as that howling fills the heavens, I will have failed in attaining my atonement.
あの咆哮が空に響く限り、私は償いを果たせなかったことになります。
will have + 過去分詞 は未来完了。attain は「成し遂げる」です。
他にも使える例：

PATTERN 2
Even if ~, as long as …, there's nothing to fear（たとえ〜でも、…である限り恐れるものはない）
