Episode Summary
The magic council learns that a forbidden tower built to raise the dead has been finished in secret, and one councillor urges his colleagues to fire a satellite weapon at it even though its master is his own twin. Her friends follow their noses across the sea and fight their way in, only for a swordswoman awaiting sacrifice to tell them to go home, then finally explain how she was held there as a child and how the boy who led the revolt turned to evil.
