Episode Summary
A celestial-spirit mage breaks a rock-star assassin's hold over a rain woman by summoning her water spirit through the rain woman's own body, and the pair come out of it as friends. An owl assassin swallows a fire-eater whole and borrows his flames until an ice-make wizard, remembering the lonely armoured girl who once walked into his guild, cuts his friend free, while the council's vote swings to eight in favour once one member names the wizard the tower means to revive.
