Episode Summary
Summer vacation begins with a warning not to cause trouble. At the festival everyone is in yukata, Konata's cousin the police officer turns out to be a crack shot at the shooting gallery, and nobody can explain what blue Hawaii flavor actually is. Meanwhile the homework strategy is settled: you don't have to understand it, you just have to turn it in on time.
