PATTERN 1
What if it's considered ~?（〜とみなされたらどうする？）
What if it's considered a false idol in this kingdom?
この国で偶像崇拝とみなされたらどうする？
What if ~? は「もし〜だったらどうしよう」。be considered ~（〜とみなされる）と組み合わせた不安の型です。
他にも使える例：

PATTERN 2
Do you, perchance, ~?（ひょっとして〜ですか？）
Do you, perchance, recognize this figurine?
ひょっとして、この人形に見覚えはあるかな？
perchance は「ひょっとして」という古風な語。by any chance の格調高い言い方です。
