Episode Summary

Twice works to save the badly hurt Toga, and Spinner faces the politician Hanabata, admitting that he follows Shigaraki because Shigaraki changed him. At the top of the tower, Re-Destro powers up and asks Shigaraki what world he wants to create. As Shigaraki fights, his Quirk begins to evolve, and memories of his childhood as Tenko Shimura return: his kind sister Hana, his grandparents, the hero grandmother his father refused to talk about, and the day his power first awakened.
