Students are sent to help with evacuation and support. Aizawa erases the Doctor's Quirk, but it turns out to be a double, and Mirko finds the real Doctor in the secret lab under the hospital.

この 上級版 では、under strict surveillance / reign supreme / on the surface / act rashly / at our disposal のような改まった表現を中心に据えました。
What they're really trying to ~ is ~、The future looks dire.、Chaos will ensue.——ニュースや会議で使えます。
a credo / just a figurehead / high-ranking brass / under strict surveillance
