Episode Summary

Hawks remembers his hard childhood and how the Safety Commission took him in to train him as a hero. He reveals that he and Best Jeanist planned Jeanist's fake death to fool the League. Across Japan, people lose trust in heroes as escaped prisoners cause chaos, many heroes quit, and citizens begin arming themselves. Hawks decides to help Endeavor.
