Hatsume fits Izuku with iron soles, Class B evicts Class A from the training gym ten minutes early, and a late-night chat about ultimate moves swerves into Ochaco insisting she is definitely not in love. PATTERN 1
I always forget how ~（いつも〜を忘れちゃう）
I always forget how much this guy hates us
こいつがどれだけ僕らを嫌ってるか、つい忘れる
how + 形容詞/副詞 で「どれほど〜か」です。
他にも使える例：
- I always forget how cold it gets here.（寒さ）

PATTERN 2
It's not called ~ for nothing（〜と呼ばれるだけのことはある）
Well it's not called intensive training for nothing
まあ、強化合宿って名前はだてじゃないからね
for nothing は「理由もなく」です。
