Episode Summary
Bakugo drags Izuku to the training ground where he first lost to him and, having worked out where Izuku's Quirk came from, demands a fight instead of an explanation. Between blows he admits he blames himself for All Might's retirement, and he narrowly wins. All Might arrives, tells them both the full story and swears Bakugo to secrecy; Aizawa, rather less sentimental, puts both boys under house arrest and on dorm-cleaning duty.

Why don't we ~ during ~?（〜の時間に…しない？）

空きコマのときに話さない？
Why don't we ~? は「〜しようよ」という提案です。
他にも使える例：

PATTERN 2
Why ~ when we could just ~?（…できるのに、なぜ〜するの？）
Why hurt each other when we could just talk things out?

could just ~ で「〜すれば済む」です。
