PATTERN 1
Shouldn't it be ~ instead, since ~?（〜なんだから、〜のほうがいいんじゃない？）
Shouldn't it be one of the heroes instead, since they're the winners?
勝ったのはヒーロー側なんだから、そっちの誰かじゃないんですか？
Shouldn't it be ~? はやんわりした異議です。
他にも使える例：

PATTERN 2
Will you please not ~?（〜しないでくれる？）
