Episode Summary
Class 1-A talks about Endeavor's victory, and Aizawa tells them their training will get harder now that they have provisional licenses. An emergency drill begins, and the students split into squads to scout, put out fires, and rescue a victim from the river, who turns out to be Mirio. PATTERN 1
Even if ~, we will ~ as though ~（たとえ〜でも、〜であるかのように〜する）
Even if this is only a drill, we will carry out this mission as though lives are on the line
たとえ訓練でも、人命がかかっているつもりで任務を遂行する
as though で「〜であるかのように」です。
他にも使える例：
