The press swarms UA's gate hunting for All Might, and Aizawa has the class elect a representative. Izuku wins by three votes and doubts himself, while Iida turns out to be the younger brother of the pro hero Ingenium. When a security breach sets off a panic, Iida is the one who calms everyone down.

the least ~ could do は「最低限すべきこと」です。

動名詞を二つ並べて主語にし、対比しています。

word gets out は「うわさが広まる」。仮定法過去です。
