Four candidates become five, and each one stands up to say what kind of country she would build. Then a boy nobody invited announces that he is a knight — and the room, which has been polite about everything else, is not polite about that. A knight answers him properly, in words and then with a wooden sword. The beating is not the worst part of the day. PATTERN 1
Is it just me, or ~?（気のせいかな、それとも〜？）
Is it just me, or is it getting dicey in here?
気のせいか、なんだか雲行きが怪しくなってないか？
Is it just me, or ~? は「私だけ？それとも〜？」。相手に同意を求めるくだけた型です。
他にも使える例：

PATTERN 2
What in the world are you doing ~?（いったい〜で何してるの？）
