Episode Summary
The silver-haired girl arrives at the loot house early, and the negotiation collapses into a fight. Her spirit holds the assassin off until his hours run out; Subaru, who can do nothing but buy time, sends the thief running and stands in the way himself. PATTERN 1
The fact that ~ means that …（〜という事実は…を意味する）
The fact that it hasn't left its sheath as of yet means that this is not one of those times
まだ鞘から抜けていないということは、今はその時ではないということだ
The fact that ~ means that … は「〜という事実は…ということだ」。論理的な推論の型です。
他にも使える例：

PATTERN 2
You talk as if ~（まるで〜したみたいな言い方だね）

You talk as if ~ は「〜かのような口ぶりだ」。相手の言い方の違和感を指摘する型です。

Talk about ~! は「〜とはまさにこのこと」。あきれ・驚きを強調する口語です。
