🎯 Grammar Patterns 3 patterns

PATTERN 1

Does this mean ~?(これはつまり〜ということ)

Natsuki-san? Does this mean I passed the second trial?

Did I pass?

PATTERN 2

I would've +

I would've come outside as soon as I woke up.

I came out later. would have の短縮が would'veで、話し言葉ではほぼこの形。

PATTERN 3

Would you like me to + 動詞の原形 ~?(〜しましょうか)

Would you like me to tell you what you should do?

Shall I ~? Would you like me to ~? like me to + 動詞の原形 の語順が要で、like me + -ing とは言いません。

🎯 Today's Phrase Native daily-use phrase

★ TODAY'S PHRASE

put that aside for the moment

Let's talk about that later. put A aside の語順で、A が代名詞なら必ず間に入ります——put it aside(it aside とは言えますが、put aside it は誤り)。 会議で話を引き戻すのにそのまま使えます——Let's put that aside for the moment and look at the numbers.

Don't make me say why. / We're friends, after all. / put that aside for the moment / Just leave it to me. / take a long, deep breath

You're beyond dense. / Could you not say such ~? / put on a tough front
