🎯 Grammar Patterns
3 patterns
PATTERN 1
What if ~?(もし〜だったら、どうするのです)
Even if you thaw the frozen soil, what if their bodies have become corroded by disease?
Maybe ~ が推量なのに対し、What if ~? 提案にも使えます——What if we moved it to Friday?
- What if nobody comes?(誰も来なかったら、どうするのです)
- What if we split the cost?(費用を分けるのはどうでしょう)
PATTERN 2
(This, I can assure you.)
The next time we meet, you will not be overlooked. This, I can assure you.
I can assure you of this. This, I can assure you.
- That much, I understand.(そこまでは分かります)
- Your name, I will not forget.(あなたのお名前は忘れません)
PATTERN 3

- As surely as I stand here, I'll finish it.(こうして立っているのと同じくらい確かに、やり遂げます)
🎯 Today's Phrase
Native daily-use phrase
★ TODAY'S PHRASE
lie on one's shoulders
- Which path of fate will you choose to walk? The decision lies on your shoulders.
- The whole schedule lies on her shoulders.
- That responsibility lies on my shoulders alone.
rest on one's shoulders It's your decision. The decision lies on your shoulders. alone を足すと、さらに孤立が出ます——That responsibility lies on my shoulders alone.(その責めは、わたしひとりの肩にある)紛らわしいのがfall on one's shoulders。
