Episode Summary

Midterms are two weeks away, and they fall on the one night a month when Anya's telepathy goes dark. Yor calls in her brother Yuri to tutor her; he arrives determined to dislike the child, then talks himself into a genuine speech about why he studied so hard as a boy. On exam night Twilight breaks into the school to fix Anya's answer sheets and runs straight into Daybreak, a loud, clumsy Ostanian agent on the same errand — whose blunders Twilight spends the night quietly cleaning up.

Bear in mind ~ / shore up ~ / further down the line

この 上級版 では、bear in mind ~ / shore up ~ / under lock and key / at stake / raise suspicions のような注意喚起と潜入の言い回しを中心に据えました。

Bear in mind ~ の注意、shore up any weak spots のテコ入れ、keep ~ under lock and key の管理——リスク管理の英語として、そのまま仕事に使えます。

Rather than ~, perhaps I should … / It's crucial that I ~ まで扱う、上級者向けの第18話です。
