💡 prescription は「処方箋」。比喩で「（問題への）特効薬」。workaholic（仕事中毒）もあわせて覚えましょう。

表現the basic rundownあらましの説明
💡 rundown は「要点の説明・概要」。give ~ a rundown（〜にざっと説明する）も仕事でよく使う表現です。
例文

プロジェクトの概要をざっと教えてくれる？

訳いいえ。すべて把握しています。
表現I've got it covered.任せてください
💡 cover は「カバーする・引き受ける」。I've got it covered. で「こっちで何とかする」と頼もしく請け負うひと言です。
例文

訳もう少し仕事を引き受けられるか？
表現take on a bit moreもう少し引き受ける
💡 take on ~ は「（仕事や責任を）引き受ける」。a bit more で「もう少しだけ」と控えめに頼むニュアンスです。

I can take on a bit more work this month.

💡 split は「分ける」。split the tasks with ~ で「〜と仕事を分け合う」。業務分担の話で便利です。

💡 grind down は「すりつぶす」から「（人を）消耗させる」。with overwork で原因を示します。

表現burn oneself out燃え尽きる
💡 burn out は「燃え尽きる」。burnout（燃え尽き症候群）という名詞も職場の話題でよく使われます。

〈黄昏〉が戻ったらその任務を任せるつもりだったが、状況が変わったようだ。
過去完了進行形で「ずっと〜するつもりでいた」。but it seems ~ で予定変更を伝える仕事の型です。
他にも使える例：

正直なところ、あなたを働かせすぎてすり減らすつもりはない。
have no desire to ~ は「〜する気はない」。To be honest と組んで本音を穏やかに伝える型です。
