Episode Summary

Kaori walks on stage and turns Beethoven's Kreutzer sonata into a wrestling match, leaving her accompanist behind, the purists appalled and the audience on its feet. The experts agree she has broken every rule and cannot place; she goes through anyway, as the audience's favourite. The next day she comes looking for Watari, who is at soccer practice, and Kosei finds himself promoted to stand-in escort for a plate of waffles.
