Episode Summary
All For One flattens the heroes at the Nomu warehouse and summons the League, and Bakugo, to his side, while Izuku and his friends crouch frozen behind a wall. All Might arrives to fight him, and Izuku, forbidden to fight, devises a rescue instead: a burst of speed, a ramp of ice, a leap over the battlefield, and Kirishima calling out for Bakugo to follow. It works, but All Might, free at last to go all out, is then taunted with the name of his late master.

追うなら今だ
now's the time で「今がそのときだ」です。
他にも使える例：
